Join us for a rejuvenating spring workshop exploring Ayurveda’s approach to seasonal balance and renewal, complemented by a deeply restorative Sound Healing session.

Designed as an accessible introduction to Ayurvedic self-care, the workshop supports everyday vitality, resilience, and a calmer transition into the New Year.
The experience includes a small Ayurvedic gift to support digestion.

Ayurveda & Sound Healing- Autumn Edition

23 November 2025 · Athens, Greece

A collaborative Sunday workshop exploring Ayurveda’s understanding of health as a balance between digestion, emotions, energy, and daily habits.

The session wove together Ayurvedic lifestyle insights, mindful breathing, seasonal nutrition, and sound healing practices to nurture mind, body, and emotional wellbeing.
The experience concluded with a deeply calming sound healing session supporting nervous system regulation and inner calm.


Stress Relief Workshop

An Ayurvedic colaborative event and experiential workshop exploring the deep connection between stress, the nervous system, digestion, and emotional balance.

Participants were guided to identify the root causes of stress, release tension, and cultivate balance through practical self-care practices that could be applied in everyday life.
